I take every opportunity I can to shout the name of American Exchange from the rooftops. I work in the arts, and many many many of my friends are low-income 1099 workers. So no health insurance through their employers and navigating ACA by oneself is a nightmare. Brandi helped me out the most recent time I called in and I could not have been happier with the help I received. Every time I've needed help from them, it's been the easiest thing I do that day with the biggest positive impact on my life. American Exchange is a true gift to The People. Thank you so so much.

American Exchange has been so incredibly helpful in translating what would otherwise be a confusing and tedious process. Brandi in particular was amazing and quickly got me options and answered questions about coverage that I honestly didn’t have the capacity to find out for myself. Very happy with my experience over the past 2+ years!

OKAY! So, I recently found out about American Exchange. I needed serious help with my insurance plan, and let me tell you – it was not at all what I was expecting. I am so relieved. I have been stressed about this for months, putting it off because I thought it would be complicated and stressful and that I would do something wrong or pick the wrong thing. I got in touch with Brandi, and oh my goodness, she was awesome. She was knowledgeable about the different plans, down to the tiny details. She talked me through all the options in a clear and simple way. Plus, she's just a super friendly person, which made it an even more enjoyable experience (never did I think I would use the words insurance and enjoyable in the same paragraph, haha) I can't thank her enough! If you're on the lookout to find the perfect insurance plan, I would 100% recommend giving them a call.

Mallory does an excellent job of explaining the differences between plans. And, Brandi is very helpful with the actual enrollment process. We are so happy we found American Exchange. It just makes the enrollment process pain free!
